Today's Outfit of the Day is very Fall inspired and features forest greens and golds. Elements of lace and pleated chiffon give the outfit a feminine feel, while glitter statement shoes turn up the glamour!
A great way to transition into the Fall season while still incorporating color into your wardrobe is to go for the deeper, jewel tone colors. I chose this forest green chiffon skirt with pleating all throughout and paired it with a cream lace blouse.
I like the fact that the neutral blouse keeps the focus on the colored skirt while still adding to the outfit in terms of being a different texture.
I wanted to add some glam to the outfit, so I wore gold, glitter pumps! These shoes are more of a soft, antique gold, so they are neutral, but they add a unique element to the outfit because of their soft glitter.
My handbag is a taupe Coach handbag (which goes with everything!) Here's a close-up of the gold glitter pumps. How fun are these?
For other accessories, I'm wearing a green and gold triangular statement necklace, my rose gold Michael Kors watch, the Golden Goose bracelet from Jewelmint, a cream flower ring, and cream chandelier earrings.

For makeup, I went for a gold and forest green eye look and plum blush and lips. The deeper tones really complimented one another.
